I spoke at the first ever TOSCon this summer in Richmond about building a career and life you love.
The talk takes a bit more of a philosophical perspective than I have done with others in the past — I got the chance to work in one of my favorite novels, The Fountainhead, and to remind people that the selfless, passive way of pursuing your career is a bad in theory and disastrous in practice.
